Preparation For Soup:
- Pour into a saucepan
- Add 200-300 ml of cream, then using the empty jar as a measure heat to 75°C or microwave
- Serves two generous portions

- Serve with rice or legumes and cream to taste

As a sauce for pasta, I needed to use 1 heaped teaspoon of cornflower along with the single cream and half a cube of fish stock. To make an absolutely brilliant sauce of the right consistency to coat the pasta. The taste was smack on and my wife wanted more, trust me she’s my biggest critic. This little jar is the best, 5 star no problem.
